The {W} family had their family photos at UCLA, a popular place for alum of this prestigious university. We often do engagement and wedding photos at UCLA, so doing a family session is fun with lots of beautiful backdrops in a small area. So read on to see our day of UCLA family photography!
Starting UCLA Family Photography at Royce Hall
We started the family photo session at Royce Hall, in the large space in front of it’s front doors. The tall columns and the long hallway provided a classic and gorgeous backdrop for the photos.
Moving on to the Sculpture Garden

Metal Sculpture at the Art Department
We remember when the art department had it’s renovations in the late 90s and didn’t have this large metal sculpture. It’s a fun place for UCLA family photos, especially with two little brothers that want to run around and have fun.
We ended the session with family photography at Dickson Court, which is a central hub connecting mid-campus and north campus (Gavin used to practically live in south campus).
And we took one last photo with our masks on to commemorate the pandemic and times this session took place in. Some people don’t want any photos with masks, but some know that it can date the time period in the years to come (and that is it’s own unique memory in itself).
