Starting the CSUF Grad Photos at Becker Amphitheater

Starting Graduation Photography at CSUF TITANS

First, we started the grad photo portrait session at the large TITAN letter display in the Becker Amphitheater, which is smack dab in the middle of campus. It’s a good place to start the session, since we can easily hop over to the other buildings that have meaning to the graduate.

Continuing the Grad Photos Around Campus

From there we started walking around the Cal State Fullerton campus for more graduation photo portraits.

Gotta love it when there are trees in bloom. We love using flowers of almost any kind in our grad photography.

Finishing with the CSUF Seal and Main Entrance

We finished the graduation photography portrait session in front of the large seal for CSUF and the main entrance, along with some not-CSUF-sanctioned photos in a water fountain!

Starting the Session at Becker Amphitheater

Starting at the center of the Cal State Fullerton campus makes it an easy spot to hop to the other parts of campus, plus that huge Titans logo looks really awesome in grad photos!

And it’s always a fun tradition to pop some bubbly champagne to celebrate!

Considering how much time one spends in the university library, it’s only fitting to take some grad photos in the rows of books.

Starting with grad portraits at CSUF

We usually start the session with basic graduation portraits that eases everyone into the portrait session.

Gotta love it when we get photos with the ones we love, especially with dogs!

Sometimes it’s nice to notice the details, such as the graduation cap.

Continuing at the CSUF Titans Logo in mid-campus

There is a very large metal Titans logo in the middle of the CSU Fullerton campus, which often has a line during the graduation months. Make sure that you choose a graduation photographer that knows the CSU Fullerton campus well, and knows how to deal with the large number of students trying to get graduation photos at the same time.

After that, we walked around the campus to get more grad photos in her favorite and memorable spots.

As long as we can get the grad photos in a reasonable time, we can include family that are also there.

And what better time is there to bust out the champagne than when you’ve spent so much time getting your degree!

We ended the graduation photo session in front of the Cal State Fullerton seal and the front entrance.

Starting CSU Fullerton Grad Photos

After that we walked around the campus for more casual grad photography on the CSUF campus. Gotta love having some palm trees in the background (so iconic for southern California).

And of course we have to do one with the cap toss in the air!

We did some graduation confetti photos, including using a confetti cannon!

Cal State Fullerton, or CSUF, is located in Fullerton, a city located in northern Orange County (in California). We did graduation photos all around the beautiful campus, but also more importantly we like to capture CSUF graduation photos that reflect the experiences and memories our students have on campus. We like doing grad portraits with their favorite spots and buildings in the background, while also capturing iconic locations (such as the Titans logo or the front entrance for the campus). For example, here is one graduation session that used the CSUF library as one of her favorite spots (or maybe it’s just where she spent most of her time studying!).

We started at the college of business administration at Cal Poly Pomona for graduation photography portraits. Our recent grad helped us choose the locations on campus that have memories and significance.

And it’s always fun to have a little fun with the grad photos!

And of course you have to do grad photos in front of the CLA building if you are at Cal Poly Pomona. I’m just still wondering if and when they will ever tear the building down….

And it was no problem to get some quick couple photos of the cute couple together.

We finished the session at the garden in the center of campus.

CSU Fullerton Arboretum Grad Photos

But we actually started the grad photo portrait session at the Fullerton Arboretum, easing into the portrait session. The bamboo forest is a great backdrop for graduation portraits.

We had our recent grad hop in and out of her graduation gown or robes, getting regular portraits while we were at it.

And why not have some fun with some cap and gown images!

Then we hopped over to the library to have fun in place that most students at one time or another have practically lived in. Being surrounded by books is a great analogy for the university experience.

And of course we had to do a quick shot at one of the essential stops of any college student, Starbucks!
